educationfairEducation USA Fair of Higher Education was held last night in Sarajevo, and was attended by representatives of seven US universities, the Office of Public Affairs of the US Embassy and the US Consular Department.

Information was made available on the US system of higher education, study programs (postgraduate and undergraduate), and scholarships and financial assistance.

Education USA advisor in Sarajevo Aleksandra Popović told FENA that these US universities began their tour in Portugal. They were in Spain, Croatia and Slovenia.

After B&H, the same tour is announced for Serbia today, and they will finish their tour in Macedonia, where the fair is scheduled for 28 March.

They said that US universities have shown great interest for students in B&H, which means that they have recognized their quality and their knowledge.

In addition to offering quality education, these US universities offer scholarships for students and various types of financial assistance for master and doctoral studies, said Popović, and she expressed satisfaction with the event.
