The Chairwoman of the Presidency of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Zeljka Cvijanovic, scheduled an emergency session of the Presidency for yesterday, during which the budget for 2025 was supposed to be considered. However, the session was postponed, leaving BiH still without a budget.

At the emergency session of the Presidency of BiH, convened by Chairwoman Zeljka Cvijanovic, the budget was not adopted as the session was postponed.

It should be recalled that the Council of Ministers adopted the Budget Proposal at its last session and forwarded it to the Presidency of BiH.

The budget for 2025 was increased by 215 million BAM compared to last year and was adopted in the amount of 1.57 billion BAM. It is also important to note that one of the budget items was the purchase of a building for the Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA) of BiH, for which 103 million BAM was allocated in the budget.

It can be said that Cvijanovic and other members of SNSD were in a hurry to adopt the budget in order to purchase the building for the ITA from Milorad Dodik’s godfather, Mile Radisic.
