Yesterday, more than 100 paragliders descended from Trebevic towards the city, capturing the attention of the citizens. The event, called Extreme Fly, was organized by members of the Extreme Sport Club Sarajevo.

Specifically, 70 international and 40 Bosnian-Herzegovinian (BiH) paragliders began their spectacular flight from the Slovenian mountaineering home Jure Franko. They descended to Bare-Sip, near the Bingo shopping center.

At this location, a large party started at 6 p.m., entertaining the attendees with DJs Focho, El Mano, Alex, and Bajron.

Such an event undoubtedly enhances Sarajevo’s tourist offerings and is expected to become increasingly popular in the future. This extreme sport has been intensively developing and expanding over the last 15 years, gaining significant traction in aerial sports.

Moreover, 110 paragliders took off from Bjelasnica two days ago, flying over Igman, Treskavica, and Visocica, with the finish line at Javorov do, where a grand celebration took place with the aforementioned DJs.

The fun doesn’t stop here. The second part of the Extreme Fly paragliding show will be held from August 8th to August 10th this year. During this period, BiH’s capital records the highest number of tourists, Klix.ba writes.
