End of Training of Police Officers for Participation in UN Peace Support Operations

fahrudin_radoncicThe B&H Ministry of Security, in cooperation with the Center for Support of Peacekeeping Operations in B&H (PSOTC) is realizing the fourth pre-mission training intended for police officers that will take part in the peace missions of the UN. The training lasted from 17 to 28 February.

The United Nations accredit this training, and the adequate preparations of police officers are a prerequisite for participation in the peace support operations. 30 participants from security agencies in B&H, and one participant each attended the training from Albania, Montenegro, Serbia, Croatia, Estonia and Macedonia.

Today, on the last day of the training, there will be a ceremony to give certificates, which will be attended by the B&H Minister of Security Fahrudin Radončić, PSOTC Commander Brigadier Jasmin Čajić and representatives of the Ministry of Defense and B&H Armed Forces, announced the B&H Ministry of Security.
