EUFOR Commander Major General Maurizio Fronda visited Liason Observation Team in Vlasenica

Since the beginning of his command over the EUFOR ALTHEA Mission in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Major General Fronda has started with visits to the different LOTs, to closely monitor the situation that may affect security and to see how the LOT home teams are actually working and communicating with the local population in their daily activities.

He visited on Monday the German LOT, stationed in Vlasenica who provide Major General Fronda deep and detail information about their community engagement, strong relationship with local institutions emphasizing EUFOR’s strong commitment to remain visible, credible, and impartial what the mission itself is actually based on.

Together with its 20 LOTs, EUFOR is staying present in all parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina cooperating with local institutions for the brighter future of all citizens of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
