EUFOR Chief of Staff Brigadier General Maghercă attended the official opening ceremony of the newly constructed facilities of the Central Medical Block at the Clinical Centre University of Sarajevo, marking a significant milestone in the continued development of healthcare services in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The ceremony was attended by the Prime Minister of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Mr. Nermin Nikšić, the Federal Minister of Health, Dr. Nediljko Rimac, the Minister of Health of Sarajevo Canton, Mr. Enid Hadanović, and the Director General of the Clinical Centre University of Sarajevo, Prof. Alen Pilav.

The new facilities, constructed to the highest international standards, will enhance the delivery of healthcare services and provide staff and patients with access to modern medical infrastructure, reinforcing the long-term resilience of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s healthcare system.
