EUFOR leadership met today with the leadership of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) in East Sarajevo. The reason for the meeting was the decision of the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, to, among other things, ban SIPA’s operations on the territory of that entity.
Earlier, SIPA Director Darko Ćulum said that he decided to act after the unconstitutional laws came into force.
As a reminder, last night, the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, signed decrees declaring an unconstitutional law that bans the operations of the Court and Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, SIPA, and the High Judicial and Judicial Council of BiH on the territory of the Republika Srpska.
