EUFOR’s Commander Major General Trischak, met with the BiH Minister of Defence, Marina Pendes, on Monday 15th July.
They discussed a wide range of military issues and Major General Trischak reemphasized that he sees EUFOR’s main role in supporting the country on the path towards EU accession, as being a “reassurance force”.
Major General Trischak also stressed that EUFOR’s continuing co-operation with the Armed Forces of BiH will contribute to trust and confidence building.
