Solemnly Opening of the Central Identification Registry of FB&H

rodni_list_bih-610x250Today, in the seat of the Federal ministry of internal affairs, the opening of Central identification registry of FB&H will take place.

Federal ministry of internal affairs prescribed the obligation to implement the Law on the identification books of Federation B&H, which came into force on 12th May 2012 in two years.  In addition, Ministry has to ensure the prerequisite for its application in 78 municipalities in Federation Bosnia-Herzegovina and city of Mostar.

Implementation of project purported the preparation and enactment of nine bylaws and putting the new forms and credentials from identification books which are of permanent character for the whole Federation. Moreover, the training and the special exam for registrars, establishment of Identification Register, as the unified database in which Unified central register in FMUP will hold personal information on the citizens of Federation.

This ministry realized their obligations regarding the Law implementation in the two year period, so the prerequisites are secured and the test phase of functioning of Identification Register can start.
