Euphoria of Bubble Football spreading from Mostar throughout B&H

Bubble Footbal Euphoria pogled.baA real euphoria of unusual sport “bubble footbal” swept Mostar in the past several days.
The idea was realized by young Josip Anicic and Ivan Puljic from Mostar, not even dreaming of how popular it will become in a very short time. According to Puljic, the concept of the game does not differ much from basic futsal, given that the participants wear balloons of 1.5 meters in diameter which significantly contribute to the attractiveness of the game.
The matches are being played with 10 players, fie vs. five. The number of players depends on the court dimensions.
“Match time is limited, and it is being played in three sections of 15 minutes duration. The kickoff is being performed in water polo style, where the players are on the line waiting for the referee’s sign. Although bubble football is harmless and very entertaining, players are still urged to be cautious in order to avoid possible injuries”, Puljic said.
The idea of bubble football originated from Norway. However, the British Lee Mosley saw a perfect investment opportunity in it back in 2013, so the game spread from the cradle of the “real” football throughout the world.
