The European Golf Championship, within the Men’s Team Shield category (3rd division), has officially ended. The Bosnia and Herzegovina national team finished the competition in 11th place.

In the last match, the Bosnian national team was defeated by the Romanian team (Valentin Antonovici, Eric Sylveszter, Andreas Roman, Louis Zegrean).

Due to Tarik Mujanović’s health problems, the Mujanović – Anur Selmanagić pair was forced to surrender the match without a fight (W/O), which directly affected the overall outcome of the duel.

In individual matches: Tarik Djerzić was defeated by Andreas Roman with a score of 6&5; Dal Smajić lost to Louis Zegrean with a score of 3&2.

Greece won first place, Andorra second, while Turkey took third place. Bulgaria, although it opened the tournament with great games, ended in fourth place.

In the women’s competition, the Luxembourg national team won the championship title.

Regardless of the final result, the BiH The young national team, also the youngest team at the championship, showed fighting spirit, sports culture and a big heart during the competition, proudly representing Bosnia and Herzegovina at this prestigious event – the Golf Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced.
