European Parliament to discuss the Floods in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Tomorrow, the European Parliament will discuss the catastrophic floods in Bosnia and Herzegovina, which claimed human lives, as part of the planned debates, it was announced on the Parliament’s website.

The announcement states that floods in Bosnia and Herzegovina will be one of the points on the agenda of the debate, which will last from 1:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

The number of those who died in the floods in Jablanica and Konjic has increased to 18, and the search for seven missing persons has been announced by the Government of Herzegovina-Neretva Canton.

According to official data, 16 people died in Jablanica, two from Konjic. One body has not yet been identified.

The search for three missing persons is active in Konjic, and for four in Jablanica, according to the Government.

Today is the Day of Mourning in Bosnia and Herzegovina, i.e. in the Republic of Srpska, FBiH and Brčko District.
