European Union High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy Met Members of B&H Presidency

ASHTON DANAS U POSJETI BiHEuropean Union High Representative for Foreign and Security Policy Catherine Ashton met this morning with members of the B&H Presidency in Sarajevo, which began her official visit to B&H.

High Representative Ashton came to the building of the B&H Presidency accompanied by Head of the EU Delegation to B&H Peter Sorensen, but there was no address to the media before the start of the meeting.

She arrived last night to Sarajevo, where she will hold meetings today with leaders of B&H institutions and representatives of civil society in order to discuss the situation in the country, before the discussion with member states in the coming weeks.

High Representative Ashton will also meet with Chairman of the B&H Council of Ministers Vjekoslav Bevanda and the RS Prime Minister Željka Cvijanović and FB&H Prime Minister Nermin Nikšić, Minister of Foreign Affairs of B&H Zlatko Lagumdžija and civil society representatives.

She will also visit the Vijećnica and take a walk through the old town of Sarajevo.
