After years of delays in the implementation of the strategic agreement with EUROPOL, the efforts of the B&H Ministry of Security in the last months led to the fact that soon B&H will meet this obligation.
Specifically, at the meeting of 11 ministers of states that are members of the Convention on Police Cooperation of South East Europe, held today in Bucharest, representatives of EUROPOL announced the start of negotiations for the conclusion of an operational agreement between B&H and Montenegro as one of the basic forms of cooperation that B&H can have with EU countries until it becomes a member. This creates the conditions for efficient international operaitonal police cooperation and meets one of the most important obligations of the B&H security structure.
