Eurowings will continue flights from Mostar Airport to Dusseldorf and back in 2021, is confirmed to Fena news agency from Mostar Airport.

As they stated, the flights are planned to start on July 4, once a week, on Sundays.

“The estimated duration of the flights will depend on the epidemiological situation, but at least until the beginning of September 2021. These operations will be performed by Airbus 319 aircraft with a capacity of 144 passengers, and the initial and current ticket price depends on the occupancy of the aircraft and the date of travel, “said Mostar Airport.

They add that based on the information they have from their clients and Eurowings, ticket sales are going very well.

As for the introduction of other flights, they plan to open another line from Mostar to one of the Western European countries, which, as they say, they will inform the public in the next few weeks.

With the summer flight schedule, airline company Eurowings has announced the re-establishment of routes to Cologne and Stuttgart, confirmed to FENA the spokeswoman for the Sarajevo International Airport, Sanja Bagaric-Arnaut.

She added that these flights are especially interesting for the numerous BiH diaspora, citizens of BiH living in that part of Germany.

Flights to Cologne start on April 3 and should take place once a week, every Saturday. As of May 2021, the company has announced flights to this destination three times a week, on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays.

Flights to Stuttgart start on May 1, and will take place twice a week, on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

“Tickets can be purchased at the Sarajevo International Airport, as well as online via the official website of the airport, http://www.sia.ba, or on Eurowings website.

“We have to underline that due to the situation with the Covid-19 pandemic, the companies reserve the right to change the flight schedule,” said Bagaric-Arnaut.
