Exhibition ‘Anti-Caricatures’ by Sanjin Mašić in Sarajevo

sanjinOn 23 May at 7.30 an exhibition of drawings ‘Anti-Caricatures’ by young artist Sanjin Mašić will be opened in gallery of the Centre for Culture in Sarajevo.

The exhibition is created by drawings on a white paper and it present faces of 56 artists from the world of film, literature and music of 20th and 21st century.

Mašić said that his exhibition does not have the aim to glorify or joke about the people he drew, but only to entertain and educate in order to break the tediousness and to search for new forms.

Sanjin Mašić born on 17. August 1986. in Sarajevo, Bosnia & Herzegovina. He finished High School of Applied Arts in Sarajevo, & graduated Graphic Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade.He does illustrations, painting, storyboards, comics, caricatures, concept art, typography, design & page break.
