Exhibition “Ascesa e Caduta” to be opened on Tuesday

The exhibition “Rise and Fall” will be opened on September 17th, starting at 19:00 o’clock at the Historical Museum of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Sarajevo.

The multimedia exhibition Rise and Fall (Ascesa e Caduta) is a joint photographic project by Italian artist Mate Ceschi and Jim Marshall that presents a dialogue between two different contexts and artists, maintaining all the humor, horror, light and darkness of the stories they tell us the walls of our cities.

The exhibition is organized within the International Summer School “Reflecting on the Culture of Tolerance”, organized jointly by the University of Milan, the University of Sarajevo, the University of East Sarajevo and the University “Džemal Bijedić” from Mostar, with the support of the Italian Embassy in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

The opening of the exhibition will be addressed by the authors of the photographs and HE. Nicola Minasi, Italian Ambassador to BiH and Gianluca Vannini, Head of the Operations Section for Social Development, Civil Society and Cross-Border Cooperation of the Delegation of the European Union to BiH.
