Exhibition ”Brčanski motivi” has opened in Brčko

Exhibition ”Brčanski motivi” (Motifs of Brčko) has opened in Brčko as a part of marking the 13th anniversary of proclamation of Brčko District.

The exhibition of the Art Gallery of Brčko District opened the Chief of Department for Economy, Sports and Culture in Brčko District Government Mustafa Nuković.

Nuković said that the around 50 paintings in different techniques were exhibited and the authors are primarily from Brčko and other cities, with motifs of Brčko, the Sava River, which were created in Brčko during their stay in art colonies.

Curator of the Gallery Marina Trogrlić said that the works were made from 1946 onwards, and that the exhibition represents some sort of a time-machine of Brčko.

The exhibition will be opened until late March.
