jamahalacmainIn today’s part of the program of the 1st Sedra Sevdah Fest in Bihać, ‘Ja, Mahalac’ will be performed before the band Mostar Sevdah Reunion.

This performance is the biggest theatre hit of the year in BIH by author Indira Kučuk-Sorguč, and directed by Mirela Trepanić.

The play is performed by Dragan Marinković Maca.

‘Ja, Mahalac’ is a male perspective on the problem of the schizophrenic attitude of human relations with an emphasis on the specifics of BIH mentality. In a provocative and whimsical way, he interprets today’s love relationships and criticizes fads, primitivism, poverty of spirit, materialism and other particularities of everyday life.

The performance begins at 20:00, and the play can be watched with the purchase of tickets for Mostar Sevdah Reunion.
