On Thursday, 21 March, young artist from Sarajevo Sanjin Mašić will have his first solo exhibition called ‘(Anti)caricature’ which will be opened in the old cinema Igman in Ilidža at 7 p.m.
The exhibition is created by drawings on a white paper and it present faces of 54 artists from the world of film, literature and music of 20th and 21st century.
Mašić said that his exhibition does not have the aim to glorify or joke about the people he drew, but only to entertain and educate in order to break the tediousness and to search for new forms.
The exhibition will last for five days.
Mašić was born in 1986 in Sarajevo where he finished Art School and graduated at the Academy of Fine Arts in Belgrade.
