Users of the social networks Facebook and Instagram, as well as the communication application Messenger, reported that they had problems logging into their accounts.
At approximately 4:20 p.m., Facebook and Messenger users began reporting problems with the application.
Many users in Bosnia and Herzegovina have been logged out of their accounts by Facebook and cannot log in again.
Most of them complained that it was not possible to send and receive messages, but also that they could not connect to the server and log in to their accounts.
The reason for the emergence of this problem is not known, considering that Facebook has not announced yet.
