Factory In Novi Travnik Produces Parts For Bentley And Mercedes

The factory “Jeco Forging Bosna” (JFB), founded at the beginning of 2025, produces metal parts in Novi Travnik for leading automobile manufacturers such as Bentley and Mercedes.

The production facilities cover around 12.000 square meters, and 135 workers are employed there, the City of Novi Travnik announced.

“The company JFB was founded at the beginning of 2025 and is owned by a German investment fund. Our primary activity is the pressing, stamping, and rolling of metal. We mostly import raw materials from Italy and Slovenia, and what we produce here ultimately ends up under the hoods of cars of brands such as Bentley and Mercedes. In the coming period, we are expecting strong modernization. At the beginning of 2026, we will be strengthening capacities, and the arrival of a machine whose value exceeds one million euros is already planned,” said JFB director Edin Saric.

The plant was also visited by the mayor of Novi Travnik, Stjepan Dujo, who was presented with the company’s production capacities as well as plans for further development.

“This is an indicator of how the company plans to expand its operations. The number of 135 employees, most of whom are from Novi Travnik, is by no means negligible, and it is especially symbolic that industrial sounds are once again being heard in the premises of the former Bratstvo, that is, BNT. Today, 18 companies operate in this zone, mostly from the metal-processing sector, and I am glad that these are healthy and respectable enterprises which, like JFB, work for large and serious clients,” Dujo said.

The City points out that parts that end up on European roads and global highways are being produced in Novi Travnik today, and that in this way the city is becoming an important link in the automotive industry supply chain, Fena writes.
