FahrudinHaving completed the criminal investigation against the president of SBB Fahrudin Radoncic, members of the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA) handed over the suspect Radoncic to the Prosecutor’s Office for further investigation, as confirmed by SIPA.

The spokeswoman of SIPA, Kristina Jozic, stated that Radoncic was handed over in the afternoon hours to the Prosecutor’s Office with the report of committed crimes.

As a reminder, Radoncic was arrested yesterday in Hadzici, due to suspicion for committing the criminal offense of Obstruction of Justice. Yesterday, SIPA searched facilities in three locations in the Sarajevo area.

Today, SIPA announced that, in this case, they are taking other actions for the attestation: raids, hearing of witnesses etc.

Radoncic was arrested for the same charges as Bakir Dautbasic, a member of the SBB and a candidate for the Minister of Transport and Communications.

Except Dautbasic, Bilsena Sahman was also arrested. Both were detained for a month after revealing, with undercover surveillance, that they have attempted to influence a witness in a process in Kosovo against Naser Keljmendi, leader of one of the most notorious crime groups in the Balkans.
