The first fair of small family companies this year organized by the association Kupujmo i koristimo domaće (Let’s buy and use domestic products) will be held from March 16 to 19 at the Square of Alija Izetbegović in Sarajevo (in front of the Faculty of Economy).
At the fair, 52 companies from all around BiH will present their products to the citizens.
Exhibitors are coming from textile industry (six companies), medical herbs (ten companies), honey products and production (17 companies), hand-made jewelry, traditional products, confectionery…
Aim of the fair is to promote small family companies and their products which are still being produced in traditional way without additives, preservatives or any other supplements.
Events like this are the only way to promote small family companies because their products are not available in retail chains.
“We invite all citizens of the Sarajevo Canton to visit the fair between Wednesday and Saturday because they will see interesting products from our country,” the organizers stated.
