Famous Basketball Player Damir Mulaomerović takes over “Sloboda” of Tuzla

damirFamous basketball player of the Croatian national team and clubs such as Real Madrid, Olympiacos, Cibona, Efes Pillsen, Damir Mulaomerović his first coaching engagement will have at the OKK Sloboda from Tuzla.

Mulaomerović first steps in the basketball were in Tuzla, where he was born, and before the war he played for the senior team Sloboda Dita, which was coached back then by Borislav Džaković.

Mulaomerović continued his sportive carrier in Zagreb, and relating to the conditions he played for the Croatian national team at the Olympics in Atlanta and four Euro-baskets.

Last season Mulaomerović had the role of adviser at the coaching team OKK Sloboda. However, as the OKK Sloboda did not qualify for the elite, came to the termination of the contract with the coach Adnan Hodžić and the new leader is now Damir Mulaomerović.

Preparations for the new season will start on first September. Soon it is expected the signing of the agreement and his official presentation at the club premises.
