FBiH Government Relieves Vojin Mijatovic of Ministerial Duties

The Government of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has relieved Vojin Mijatović of his duties as Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Development, Entrepreneurship and Crafts.

The decision follows a ruling last week by the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, which prohibited Mijatović from performing official duties within the Federation Government.

As a reminder, on September 15, the Supreme Court of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina confirmed an indictment against Mijatović and others, based on suspicions of abuse of office or authority in connection with the allocation of grant funds totaling approximately one million marks.
