federalna-vladaThe House of Peoples of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Parliament adopted two laws, suggested by the FBiH Government, whose essence is mitigating the effects of catastrophic floods.

The first deals with establishment of a fund to help areas affected by natural disasters and the other deals with the transfer of construction land, free of charge, to those who, due to floods and landslides, permanently lost their homes and businesses.

These regulations were approved in a continuation of an earlier started session of the House of Peoples.

Later on, another extraordinary session will begin, whose agenda will also contain proposed decisions related to rehabilitation of major consequences of the May floods.
