Federal Police Administration launched the Action “Gunpowder”

Under the supervision of the acting federal prosecutor of the Special Department of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office of the FBIH, members of the Federal Police Administration have been conducting an operation codenamed “Gunpowder” since the early morning hours.

The operation is being conducted with the aim of documenting the criminal offenses of Abuse of Position or Authority, Unauthorized Possession of Weapons or Explosives. The investigation includes several persons in connection with the sale of assets of PS Vitezit doo Vitez in bankruptcy, intended for the production of weapons and military equipment, and for criminal offenses suspected of having been committed after the buyer WDG doo Zagreb took possession of this company.

Searches are underway at PS Vitez doo in bankruptcy, the legal entity WDG doo Vitez and at several locations in the Central Bosnia Canton. More information will be available during the day.
