cavljakBarice, Čavljak, Bukovik and Crepoljsko are favorite destinations for Sarajevo citizens and has attracted numerous visitors, hikers, climbers and mountain lovers who like to be in nature.

People who work have chosen the weekend to go to the mountains, while for pensioners – nature lovers, Bukovik is suitable during working days as well.

One hiker said that Čavljak and Bukovik during the weekend became “Ferhadija Mountain” regarding the number of visitors.

Restaurants and cafes are full of guests at Barice, through Čavljak or Crepoljsko to Bukovik. Hikers and walkers have enjoyed the mountain atmosphere with mountain teas, drinks and homemade brandy.

Everyone enjoyed the nature, the sun and the fresh air and got away from the everyday urban life full of stress and anxiety.
