The football team of Bosnia and Herzegovina achieved the greatest success in history by reaching the second round of the World Cup.
Sergej Barbarez’s team beat Qatar 3:1 in the key match and advanced to the knockout stage.
Although they were under a lot of pressure, the players of Bosnia and Herzegovina played a good game and, on the wings of the young Kerim Alajbegović, who was the best player of the match, achieved their second victory at the World Championships.
After the match, some members of the national team were overcome with emotion. There was laughter, tears, and at the end everyone celebrated with the fans in the stands.
