Fifty luxurious villas were constructed on Ilidza, Sarajevo suburb, and they are almost ready for their buyers to move in. These days, works are being carried out on the street that passes between two rows of villas. This luxurious settlement is located in Plandiste near Vrelo Bosne, a beautiful resort abundant with water in Sarajevo.

The construction began in 2016, and the project’s investor is Malak Group, one of the largest Arab investors in BiH.

Their previous investments were the Hotel Malak Regency in Ilidza and the Janj Wood Industry in Donji Vakuf, where the production after a long time was started again and hence, the industry was revived in the city.

The villas are described as spacious, luxurious and comfortable, beautifully designed and in an excellent location.

It is not known how many villas cost because they are not advertised on the domestic market, and the fact that they are close to the airport says that they are mostly intended for foreign buyers.
