Film ‘360’ starring Anthony Hopkins will open on Thursday ,24 January and closes on Tuesday, 29 January in the Art Cinema Kriterion Sarajevo and it will be shown at 8.20 p.m.
‘360’ is a sexy dramatic thriller about interconnected romantic life in the 21st century. 360 starts in Vienna, weaving stories set in Paris, London, Bratislava, Rio, Denver and Phoenix into a single, mesmerizing narrative. A businessman faced tempted to be unfaithful to his wife sets into motion a series of events which ripple around the globe with dramatic consequences, set against the backdrop of international banking crisis, the domino-effect of the Arab Spring, the threat of global flu pandemics and Euro-Zone instability
Director of the film is a Brazilian film director, producer and screenwriter Fernando Meirelles.
He was nominated for an Academy Award for Best Director in 2004 for his work in the Brazilian film City of God, released in 2002 in Brazil and in 2003 in the U.S. by Miramax Films. He was also nominated for the Golden Globe Best Director award in 2005 for The Constant Gardener, film which garnered the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress to Rachel Weisz. He said that his film ‘360’ is one of his favourite because of the chemistry among the protagonists.
Entrance fee is 5 BAM, and 4 BAM for students and retirees.
