Fires in the Area of Konjic localized and under Control

The fires in the area of ​​the town of Konjic are currently localized and under control. However, due to high daytime temperatures and wind, there is a possibility of reactivation of the fire.

As reported by the Operation Center of the Civil Protection of the Herzegovina-Neretva Canton, on Sunday from 3:25 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. at the fire site in the Brđani settlement, burning of stumps was recorded within the fire zone, and members of the PVJ intervened, localized the fire and brought it under control.

In the last 24 hours in Mostar, grass and low vegetation were burning in Vrapčići, while in Raštani, smoke was recorded from the burned area.

In the area of Čitluk, forest, grass and low vegetation burned in Gradinići and grass and low vegetation in Blizanci. All fires were successfully contained.
