blobbingWithin the 44th International Una regatta, yesterday on the City beach in Bihac was organized the first competition in blobbing in our country.

Instead of the former jumps from the city bridge, all interested teams had the opportunity to compete in blobbing on the day when Una regatta arrives in Bihac.

“The competition was organized with the aim to enrich the content of the regatta, through the introduction of new ideas and following global trends,” as noted by the organizers, the National Park “Una” and Association ABC from Bihac.

Blob represents airbag with dimension 10 x 4 meters, which is filled with air, and blobbing is the activity on the water in which one participant sits at one end of the air bag and then it is dumped into the water after the other two participants jump on the airbag from the platform on the opposite side.

In yesterday’s competition, jumps were performed in teams of three persons, and each team had the right to perform two jumps. The three teams that managed to carry out the most attractive jumps according to the expert jury, won valuable prizes.

Together with the competition was organized accompanying entertainment program and DJ Mirel was in charge for the good music and positive vibrations.
