Einhausen is a small German town on the shores of Weschnitz, famous for its greenery, silence and tidiness. Ideal place for living for all of those who are looking for a quiet life.
This ambience ttracted couple Hajrovic 16 years ago, who left their native Sandzak and found their new home in Einhausen. They brought the spirit of Bosnian culture and tradition, which became recognizable in this city. No one could imagine that they will spread this spirit not only in their home, but to this whole town in the south of Hessen.
Manifestation of Bosnian culture and tradition, in the organization of the Bosnian National Council of Diaspora, whose members are married couple Midhat and Binasa Hajrovic, was held for the first time in Einhausen.
This organization has become recognized by their activities and gatherings, where the priority is given to Bosniak identity and affirmation of Bosnian culture and tradition, which is presented in many European countries. Sunday, the 11th of October, was ideal day for promotion. There were lots of visitors in front of city hall already at noon. They were first greeted by the smell of kebabs and grill masters, Muhamed and Edin.
Hall looked like a real Bosnian museum that day. On this occasion, one of the rooms was turned into ala Turka room, with minders, pillows, carpet, sofra table full of sahans (special plates) and walls of the room were decorated with paintings of the author Sinasi Adbulahi.
This room was real attraction for the visitors, who had a lot of joy by taking photos while sitting on a minder or around sofra table.
Bosniak National Council of the Diaspora had guests from Afghanistan, Morocco, Somalia and Turkey on this event. At their stands, they were exhibiting books, paintings, jewelry, pottery, national clothing, handmade products and other interesting things that are typical for their countries.
