The Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers and the BiH Minister of Foreign Affairs Zlatko Lagumdžija will open today in London the first Trade-Investment Forum of the UK-BiH and will participate in the activities of the forum.
The BiH Ministry of Foreign Affairs organized the investment forum in cooperation with the Agency Developing Markets Associates (DMA) and the British Ministry of Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, which also provided the space for the maintenance of the forum.
The investment forum will be held at Lancaster House, which is a part of the royal palace.
There will be more than 200 participants at the forum, from which the majority will be from Great Britain.
In addition to the Minister of Foreign Affairs of BIH, Sir Suma Chakrabarti, the President of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) will open the forum.
BiH will present to British and world investors their own investment opportunities in the areas of energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, agriculture, tourism and IT.
Lagumdžija will also hold a speech at the EBRD on the topic “Future of BIH”, and he will meet with the Minister of Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs of the UK William Hague and other high officials of the UK.
