First Verdict in Cases with Evidence from SKY and Anom Applications

After the indictment was filed and the main hearing was conducted at the Court of BiH, the first verdict was pronounced in cases with evidence from the SKY and Anom applications, after the trial was conducted – the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced.

The defendant Radovan Damjanović, born in 1987 in Sarajevo, was sentenced in the first instance for the criminal offenses of organized crime in connection with the criminal offense of illicit drug trafficking to a prison sentence of two and a half years.

In the proceedings conducted, the Court accepted the evidence collected from the SKY applications as valid, legal and credible, the statement states.
