The Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Dzermin Pasic, confirmed that he initiated the urgent formation of the case due to the threats of the member of the Presidency of BiH, Milorad Dodik, to the territorial integrity and institutions of BiH.
Pasic said that he sent the official request yesterday.
The Istraga.ba portal previously announced that at least four state prosecutors had requested an urgent case against Milorad Dodik, but that Chief State Prosecutor Gordana Tadic had not responded to their requests.
