FlyBosnia to launch its First Flight in June this Year

“FlyBosnia”, a new airline in the ownership of Saudi AlShiddi Group, will launch its first flight between Sarajevo and Riyadh on June 10th.

Flights will take place every day by Airbus A320 airplane until September, after which flights will take will take place three times a week.

Although, the newly established airline will initially connect Sarajevo with Riyadh, and later with Jeddah, the network in the future will be extended to other destinations as well.

FlyBosnia is a proposed Bosnia & Herzegovinian airline to be based at Sarajevo Butmir International Airport. The Registers of Business Entities in Bosnia & Herzegovina states the airline was registered in Nov-2017. The Saudi based Al-Shiddi Group has reportedly been linked to its establishment with Nudžejma Skenderović and Sulaiman Abdullah Al Shiddi noted as founders of the new airline.
