Fojnica, More Interesting for Guests from Arab Countries

reumal fojnicaIn the first eight months of this year in the area of ​​Fojnica there has been more than 120,000 overnight stays from toursits, which confirms that this is the preferred destination for many tourists from our country and abroad.

This small town in central Bosnia has ideal conditions for the development of all aspects of tourism, ranging from health, hiking, religious etc.

Of the total number of nights, 97,770 are recorded at the hotel “Reumal” and “Nova bolnica” which has eight percent more visitors than in the same period last year. The average length of the stay is 10 days. In “Aquareumal” for the same period are recorded 19,738 nights, 8.2 percent more than last year, and the average length of stay is four days.

“The guests are mostly local people, but we have visitors from Slovenia, Croatia, Serbia, from the countries of Europe, mostly from Sweden, but there are even Americans as well. This year is increased number of visitors from Kuwait, Saudi Arabia and Egypt. Guests from the Arab countries were mainly guests from Libya, because we have the collaboration with the Committee for the wounded of Libya. According to the data, Fojnica records more nights than Neum, our only city on the Adriatic coast”, said the “Reumal Group”.

Fojnica, has more than a thousand beds in accommodation capacity, from which 772 beds are at the hotel “Reumal“, “Nova bolnica” and “Aquareumal”, the hotel “Stari grad” has 50 beds, same has motel “Brusnica” and villa “Iriss” while gallery “Central” has 20 beds. To this number can also be added hundreds of beds in private accommodation. Soon the capacity will increase to 120 beds at the hotel “Nature” which is under construction.
