Foodini Good Food Fest: Specialities from around the World

Foodini good food festFoodini good food fest- the Festival of good food was opened yesterday in Sarajevo, and during eight days of fair, visitors will have a chance to try specialties from different parts of world, but also to watch preparation of those dishes.

The aim of that festival is the promotion of BH cuisine, but also the international one.

When opening, organizators said that Foodini good food fest is the place that gathers successful companies and producers, but also individuals who will present their products and specialties.

Also the intention is to, by gathering various exhibitors, build a solid base on which the gastronomic offer in BiH will further develop, and one of the primary goals s to connect hospitality industry with domestic producers.

In the business center UNITIC until 6.00 p.m, visitors will have an opportunity to try specialties of representative of restaurants from Sarajevo, Tuzla, Visoko and other restaurants in BiH, but also to try specialties of chefs of French and Indonesian Embassy in BiH.

The Association of Chefs in BiH will represent few interesting techniques and ways of preparation of dishes such as the preparation according to halal standards and presentation of techniques and ways of preparing dishes that are prepared at European chef competitions.
