The President of the Football Association of Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH), Vico Zeljkovic, spoke after the floods that hit several parts of BiH.

Zeljkovic expressed his condolences to the families of the victims.

“It was with regret and sadness that I received the news about the catastrophic floods that hit BiH. I want to express my deepest condolences to the families of the victims and send words of comfort to all those who lost their loved ones, as well as those who are now facing huge material losses,” said the first man of the main institution of BiH football.

Zeljkovic further points out that the Football Association of BiH and the Football Association of Republika Srpska (RS) stand by all those affected by this tragedy and are ready to provide support and help in every possible way.

“This is a time when we must show solidarity and unity, not only as a football community, but as citizens who are there for each other in the most difficult times. I am convinced that with joint efforts, with the support of the wider community and everyone who wants to help, we will be able to overcome this difficult situation and start the process of reconstruction. Once again, I express my sincere condolences and note that we are ready to help wherever needed. Let everyone who is affected by this accident know that they are not alone in this difficult moment”, concluded Zeljkovic.
