The appearance of football club Željezničar in this year’s qualifying round of the Champions League will definitely pay off , reports Sport.ba.

According to the propositions announced from UEFA, our BiH Representative will automatically cash 200.000 euros as a champion of his country.

Only participation in the second qualifying round of the most elite club competition, regardless of the outcome, will “cost” 175,000 euros. This means that the BiH champion, just from UEFA, will earn around 750.000 KM.

This calculation does not count sponsors, proceeds from the tickets and the TV rights.

If they would eliminate Victoria, “plavi” would have got another 200.000 euros.
