Miralem Pjanic will sign a new contract with Juventus soon and thus become the fourth highest-paid player in Series A, as reported by Italian Sky Sports.

Pjanic’s current contract with Juventus is valid until 2021, but the leaders of the club want to keep the representative of BiH even longer, and they offered him a new, more generous contract, which will last until 2023.

It was noted that Pjanic’s earnings will amount to 6.5 million EUR a year, and only Paulo Dybala (7), Gonzalo Higuain (8.5) and unbeaten Cristiano Ronaldo (30) have higher salaries than him.

Edin Dzeko earns 4.5 million EUR a year in Roma, just like Napole’s duo Lorenzo Insigne and Dries Mertens. The captain of Inter Mauro Icardi earns 5 million EUR, Leonardo Bonucci (Juventus) 5.5 million EUR, while Gianluigi Donnarumma (Milan) and Douglas Costa (Juventus) earn 6 million EUR.
