On behalf of the Parliamentary Assembly of Bosnia-Herzegovina, the Public Procurement Commission has sent a call for tenders in the procurement of catering services for the organization of reception of delegations and guests of Parliament.
The offer that the caterers have to send them includes the application form and the document, that is, the menu with prices. As they specified, lunch or dinner should include: hot or cold appetizer, soup or stew, main course, salad, dessert, alcoholic and / or non-alcoholic beverages, and hot drinks.
The estimated value of procurement for two years is 59,829 BAM without VAT, or 70,000 BAM with VAT. Catering services for the purpose of organizing the reception of delegations and guests of the BiH Parliamentary Assembly will be procured successively as needed from 1 January 2020 to 31 December 2022.
