After the announced new, modern and functional facilities that should adorn the beauty of Central Bosnia Canton soon, ski lifts, which are aimed to offer even better conditions for skiing, arrived on Vlasic.
Ski lifts will not differ with their appearance from the mountain environment that surrounds them, and from the company Ozon Travnik stated that besides the project of building a football field on Mount Vlasic, setting a four-seater ski lift is also a very important project.
“The new four-seater will be set at the site of the old ski lifts Babanovac I and II. The installation of ski-lifts will start in April 2017, right after the end of the ski season 2016/2017, but after the completion of the necessary earth and other preparatory works. Home station of the four-seater will be set on the starting point of ski-lifts Babanovac I and II and will be equipped with the input tape for skiers,” announced from the company Ozon Travnik.
The final stop of the four-seater will be set 100 meters higher in comparison to the current final station of ski lifts Babanovac I and II, which will allow easier access for skiers to the ski slopes.
Besides all of this, and the constant work on expanding, improving and tightening of the path, this will provide better atmosphere and better conditions for skiing for guests and skiers on Mount Vlasic.
It was previously announced that the new edition of Vlasic will be adorn by the hotel and restaurant “Skakaonica” with looking point and walking paths on Babanovac, then cafe restaurants in the final stations of ski lifts Babanovac and Markovac, ethno village Santic with holiday houses and artificial lake, farm livestock, playground and many other facilities with entertainment and recreational character.
