The fourth annual international waterfall diving in Jajce will be held on August 5th August, organized by the public agency “Agency for the Cultural, Historic and Natural Heritage and Development of Tourist Potential of the City of Jajce” with general sponsorship by the Municipality of Jajce, headed by mayor Edin Hozan.
The manifestation has developed into a significant sports and tourist event in the region, which gathers the best divers in the region. The best divers from Slovenia, Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina will be coming.
The beginning of the dives from the most beautiful waterfall in Europe is planned for 4 p.m., when over 20 divers will mark the end of a very successful tourist season in the royal city of Jajce with a traditional jump “Lasta”.
The organizational board of the “4th International Competitive Diving Competition from the Waterfall in Jjace” on Monday, July 31st, 2017 voted for a Decision on the Prepositions for this year’s diving, which are:
– head-first diving,
– only adults have the right to participate,
– all participants will have to conduct a medical exam, a part of which are alcohol and drug tests,
– participants that pass the medical exam will sign a release form,
– participants will participate in two series of dives,
– the Organizational Board retains the right to select the participants,
– the best three dives will be awarded.
