FPA seizes Documentation from Sarajevo International Airport

Members of the Federal Police Administration (FUP) this morning, under the supervision of the acting federal prosecutor of the Special Department of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office, began a search and temporary seizure of items from the business premises used by the Public Enterprise Sarajevo International Airport.

The search warrant was issued by the Special Department for Corruption, Organized and Intercantonal Crime of the Supreme Court of the Federation of BiH in a criminal case of the Special Department of the Federal Prosecutor’s Office of the Federation of BiH against B.M. and others.

This concerns suspicions of the criminal offense of Abuse of Position or Authority, the Special Department of the Prosecutor’s Office of the Federation of BiH announced.
