Free Medical Examinations for Persons older than 65 years

The Clinical Center of the University of Sarajevo (KCUS) and the Embassy of China are continuing with the project of free medical examinations of citizens over 65 years of age.

This year, examinations will be done for patients from the municipalities of Stari Grad and Novi Grad, while last year, within this project, free medical examinations were done for patients from the municipalities of Centar and Novo Sarajevo.

Free medical examinations for citizens from the area of ​​Novi Grad will be held on November 9th, 2017, while free medical examinations for citizens from the area of Stari Grad will be held on November 16th, 2017.

Patients will be provided with an internist examination, laboratory analysis, and basic ophthalmological examination with targeted cataract detection.

Patients will come to the medical examinations with one identification document (identity card and / or health booklet), it was announced from KCUS.

Patients can make an appointment for themselves through the NIR Institute:

  • 033 298 598 (Selma Kominlija)
  • 033 297 264 (Biljana Jandric)

Appointments can be made by 4 p.m. each weekday and applications for citizens from the area of ​​Novi Grad can be made no later than November 8 (4 p.m.), while applications for citizens from the area of ​​Stari Grad can be made no later than by November 14 (at 4 p.m.).
