Non-working days on the occasion of the New Year will be Friday and Saturday, i.e. January 1 and 2, 2016.
Due to the reported public interest, Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Policy announced that the Law on Holidays determines New Year as international holiday that is celebrated during two non-working days, January 1 and 2, 2016. During those two days employers, institutions, administrative bodies and other entities are not working.
